How can we possibly make glass lettering for you?
Most glass is cut into squares or rectangles. If you have ever tried to buy a round piece of glass you’ll know that once glass shapes move from simple straight lines the costs go up and it’s not even easy to find a supplier prepared to cut complex shapes for you.
So, how can we cut glass into lettering? The secret is water jet. Our abrasive water jet system cuts through glass like a knife through butter glass just happens to be one of a long list of materials which we can cut successfully.
Do you need to do anything special to your files so we can cut lettering in glass?
Special techniques are not required. Our water jet cuts glass as easily as it cuts any other sheet material all you need to do is supply us with a digital file of the lettering.
What kinds of glass do we cut into lettering?
Virtually, every type of glass can be cut for you. We do NOT recommend that you use plain glass for any lettering or display work toughened should be the minimum you choose it’s safer for you and those around you.

One of the limitations to our glass cutting service is that we do not offer an edge polishing service. Our abrasive water jet system leaves a frosted edge.
