Painted sign foam lettering allows you to create stunning effects using real 3D effects. Manufactured from special high-density substrate this type of painted lettering achieves a look and feel which no other material can match.
These two gold-painted letters are manufactured from sign foam. With a standard depth of 50mm (2 inches) sign foam allows you the freedom to create proper dimensional effects.
Both of these golden letters started from a standard font. Using sophisticated 3D software we applied a rounded profile to the R and a prismatic profile to the P. Our machinery then created the designs at full size from a standard piece of sign foam material. As you can see the effect is like no other type of flat cut of built-up letter.
