The illuminated lettering is then mounted onto the sign trays. When we manufacture both letters and trays we plan for your illumination ensure a neat finish.
All wiring is carried out by us so you don’t have to. LED transformers are mounted onto raised base plates. We screw transformers in place instead of gluing because this makes swapping transformers easy.
This sign tray is aluminium composite painted in a coffee colour. The built-up and flat cut letters are painted stainless steel.
Custom coloured sign trays and letters
As well as standard aluminium composite colours your sign trays can be spay painted to any RAL colour. If you prefer to use solid aluminium instead of composite this can be powder coated, again to any RAL colour.
